The Ceres Chill is essentially a thermos that has been tested and designed with an insert to keep breastmilk chilled to the proper temps for 24hrs. I used this for pumping at work as well as on a longer 48hr work trip. I think this is one of the greatest inventions that we have for breastfeeding!

Silverette Nursing Cups

These are wonderful for any sort of nipple pain. They provide great relief to nipples with noticeable damage as well as nipples that are slightly uncomfortable due to a number of reasons. I loved these because I could put them in my bra and I wouldn't have to worry about ripping my nipple off of my bra later. I think these are particularly helpful for mamas that have babies with a shallow/ineffective latch.

TalentCell Battery to make pump portable

Enjoy the freedom of not being attached to a wall, while still getting the same suction that your primary pump provides. This battery back will plug directly into your Spectra, allowing you to remove the charging cord. This made a world of difference for me when I realized I could walk around with my Spectra/ do dishes/laundry or simply use my pump at work!

My Breast Friend Nursing Pillow

Elevated nursing pillow with lumbar support, adjustable waist strap, and pocket. I loved using this to place my phone or my extra bottle in the pocket (hello triple feeding mamas). I loved that I could move around the house with it on. Having an older child, I could easily get up from the couch to help him with homework, start dinner, or simple transfer my baby to their sleeping space after they fell asleep. As an OT I am in love with the fact that this pillow can be strapped to Mama's waist. It makes it so much more ergonomic to prevent Mom from having to hunch over to feed.

Bedside Minifridge

Make those late night pumps or long car rides easier with this portable mini fridge that can hold up to 6 spectra bottles. It also comes with a car charger. We used this for a 18 hour car ride. We could take the milk into the hotel room with us and seemlessly plug it in for our breaks. Otherwise I kept it on my nightstand for my late night pumps. My husband now uses it as a lunch box since it has a heating feature as well.

These are one of the most seamless bottles for babies eating at the breast and via bottle. It promotes a deep latch.

Pigeon SS GLASS bottle

This is my go-to bottle for most oral dysfunction. It has a nice sloped nipple that is extremely soft and malleable (more like breast tissue). It encourages peristalsis of the tongue (wave) and encourages upward movement of the tongue for swallowing. I also love that it has the guided strip to make it clear how deep the latch should be. The Pigeon bottles are more expensive than the Evenflo Balance and the Lansinoh, so I typically will start babies out with those and if they are still clicking or latching shallow then I will try the Pigeon.

Pigeon SS Nipples

uying just the Pigeon nipples by themselves is a great way to save money! These nipples are compatible with the spectra pump bottles, Lansinoh bottles, Nanobebe, Avent, Maymom, Parents choice, Baby Buddha, and the wide neck Evenflo bottles. The Pigeon are more expensive than some of the other bottles but they are truly my favorite option for both bottle and breastfed babies.

Simple Wishes Pumping Bra

First off, I just want to say that I wanted SO badly to like some of the other bras (Kindred Bravely, Simple Wishes pump & nursing bra, Momcozy, etc) but this ended up being the only reliable bra I tried, and I get the same feedback from my clients. I just tended to feel more secure in it and it extracted more milk than the others. I will say that this seems to be more of the case for me and clients that had a rapid increase in breast tissue with lactation. I find that my clients that had less breast tissue may find the other bras adequate.
